AOSIS Call for Papers: Journal of Underutilised Crops Research
AOSIS invites all prospective authors to submit their latest research manuscripts to the newly launched Journal of Underutilised Crops Research (JUCR).
Focus and Scope
The Journal of Underutilised Crops Research is a peer-reviewed online journal that aims to publish high-quality articles promoting research on indigenous, neglected, and underutilised crops. It will cover topics that aim to improve and expand knowledge on aspects related to:
- crop production
- genetics and breeding
- pre- and postharvest management
- integrated pest management
- value chains and socio-cultural dynamics
- resource protection and indigenous knowledge systems
- food security, and sustainability (social, environmental, and economic).
Peer Review
The journal has a double-blinded peer review process. Manuscripts are initially examined by editorial staff and are sent by the Editor-in-Chief to two expert independent reviewers, either directly or by a Section Editor. Read our full peer review process.
