The AOSIS Laureatus Awards were established to honour the outstanding contributions of both our editors and authors. Initially held in person in 2019, the event has since transitioned to a fully virtual format, allowing for greater accessibility and inclusivity for academics to celebrate this special occasion.

AOSIS are excited to announce that this year’s awards, divided into three videos, are hosted by AOSIS’ Executive Chairman Dr Pierre de Villiers, and our Chief Executive Officer Cecile de Villiers.
