Thus, in this case, should any Open Access material be shared via email, such material and only such material may be freely reshared by any means.
Endorsement

AOSIS or any of its subsidiaries, associates, affiliates, partners, employees, or agents, shall neither be responsible nor liable for any costs (including legal costs), losses or damages, whether such losses or damages are direct, indirect, consequential, take place in any other form, or which are caused by, including but not limited to, incomplete transmission of data, disrupting programs or features, viruses, malware, key loggers, unauthorised monitoring, interception, packet sniffing, disrupting source codes, meta tagging, third-party websites, phishing sites, or any other disabling or destructive forms of data sent or received.
Applicable legislation
This disclaimer and all procedures of AOSIS including, but not limited to, invoicing and administering users’ accounts, are subject to the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPI Act”) and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”), where applicable.
