The open-access scholarly journal, Journal of Public Health in Africa (JPHIA), is looking for reviewers to evaluate and review manuscripts for the journal. We invite reviewers for various sections, including but not limited to:

About the journal
The Journal of Public Health in Africa (JPHIA) is a peer-reviewed, academic journal that focuses on health issues in the African continent. The journal editors seek high quality original articles on public health-related issues, reviews, comments and more. The aim of the journal is to move public health discourse from the background to the forefront. The success of Africa’s struggle against disease depends on public health approaches.
How to become a reviewer
To become a reviewer, please visit publichealthinafrica.org and register as a user on the platform by clicking on the register tab. As soon as you have registered, please fill out the application form.
Peer-review policy
The journal has a double-blinded peer review process. Manuscripts that fit the scope of the journal and that is of high quality are initially examined by editorial staff and are sent by the Editor-in-Chief to two independent, expert reviewers. Read our full peer review process.
